Pollens

How it works

One grain of pollen. How a bee carries pollen from one flower to the next.

On this Solana memecoin launchpad, a bee that holds A and buys B carries a grain A → B. Every hour, the meadow turns each flower red with the pollen its bees brought.

example · 3 bees · 4 flowers
Fig. 1 — the example's hour, replayed: each red dot is a counted grain.…
Cut I · The four conditionsFig. 2

A grain A → B counts when all four are true

  1. The wallet buys B above the 0.01 SOL floor.Dust buys carry nothing.
  2. At that moment it still holds A above 0.05 % of supply, and has for at least 1 hour. The bee really comes from A. We take its lowest holding of that hour.
  3. It is the first time for the pair (A, B) this hour, for this bee.Buying B ten times is still one visit.
  4. It is not a bundle, and not a block 0–2 wallet.Launch snipers are not bees.

And one more: the bee must not be funded by the same source as B's creator. When in doubt, the grain is refused.

Cut II · The weightFig. 3

How much pollen A sends to B

pAB = Σgrains A→B min( shareA(bee), 1 % )
shareA(bee)
the bee's lowest holding of A during the hour before the buy, as a share of supply
1 %
the cap per grain: a whale counts more than dust, not a hundred times more

Step 2 · During the hour: what they buy

Step 3 · Each buy, checked against every flower the bee came from

TimeBeePollenVerdictWeight

Step 4 · The weights pAB, summed

Rows send, columns receive. A bee's grain is capped at 1 %.

Step 5 · How red each flower turns

A flower's red is the pollen it received, Σ pAB over every flower A, shown against the best-pollinated flower of the hour. Nothing is paid or bought back: on Stonks no fee goes to the creator or to Pollens.

example This is an illustration, not a coin. The same rules are re-computed by an independent witness on every real epoch.

Cut III · When in doubtFig. 4

A grain is refused when we cannot be sure

  • A holder snapshot is missing for the hour: nobody's grain counts.
  • Snapshots disagree with the trades: tokens moved without a trade, maybe a transfer.
  • The order inside a block is unknown: we cannot tell if A was held before B was bought.
  • The bee's funding source is unknown, or it is the same as B's creator.

A missed grain costs a little pollen. A fake grain would paint a flower red for nothing. We prefer the first.
